Pietroberto provides Customer Support Services that in addition to technical support and supply of all replacement parts, also includes professional advice on bread and confectionery making technologies.



    More specifically, with the aim of identifying the best possible solutions for the production of new or specific products, Pietroberto relies on its own in-house laboratory which is fitted with all the equipment required to deal with every possible ingredient.

    The support services provided throughout all phases leading up to actual delivery include:

  • - technical training at our production departments,
  • - training on bread and confectionery making technologies at our laboratory.
